It helps if you include:

Send feedback through TestFlight

Take a screenshot while you’re using Shadowlap, then tap Share Beta Feedback. Or open the TestFlight app, tap Shadowlap, and tap Send Beta Feedback. If the app crashes, TestFlight may offer to send a crash report; please do. Apple passes these on to us.

Export or delete your data

Email support@mesterlabs.com from any address and include the email address shown in Shadowlap under More → Account, so we can find your account. (If you chose Hide My Email, that’s the relay address Apple made for you.) Say whether you’d like an export, a deletion, or an export first and then a deletion. We’ll reply within one month. In-app export and deletion are coming.

When an account is deleted, your account and everything in it are removed, and the last copies leave our backups within 14 days. The privacy policy has the details.

Questions

What happens when I’m offline?
Shadowlap keeps working. Anything you add waits on your phone and is sent, in order, as soon as you’re back online. Nothing is lost if you close the app in the meantime.
Where does my data live?
Your sign-in is with Supabase in London. Your tasks and everything else you put in the app live in your own private space on our server in Helsinki, Finland, which no other account can reach. The privacy policy lists everything we collect.
What does the 04:00 day boundary mean?
Your day turns over at 04:00 in your own timezone, not at midnight. A task you add at 01:00 still belongs to the day you’re finishing. If you travel, the day moves with your phone.
